making him the new poster pooch for animal sterilization.
PROJECT CATSNIP SPAYMOBILE
The side graphics “Helix the Cat” were created especially for CatSnip by artist Carolyn Ritter. The helix contains kittens that represent the breeding potential of just one cat. The Atlanta Animal Alliance owns the state-of-the-art vehicle that is equipped as a modern medical clinic costing about $ 150,000.
